Last day of service at the Grubsteak Café in 2012 is September 16. The lake is open for fishing year-round with a resort pass.


Grubsteak’s kitchen provides a wide variety of menus for special events. Plan an intimate private dining experience for 20 or a business buffet for 100 in the historic Miramonte Room. The patio is perfect for groups of up to 120. The Events Field accommodates celebrations for up to 500 guests.
